The value of an enabling team might be in that curation of helping the teams go you know adopts from new approaches or adopt some new practices very quickly I mean with the right direction the right guidance but yeah the way that enabling teams can do that is is anything that helps the other teams learn improve bridge the gaps that they have without creating a dependency. You need to meet the teams that you're helping where they are today and secondly think about what is the smallest step that they can take that we as enabling team can help them achieve.
