Aunt Bessie's Yorkshire puddings are made over in Leeds in Yorkshire. The people of Yorkshire made this because they didn't have enough meat and this was a way to fill themselves up with something delicious. Because of the difficulties that has created in exporting things from Britain and bringing them over here we've had a huge shortage, he says. He then went home disappointed and started thinking about Aunt Bessie who probably started this Yorkshire pudding business years and years ago.
