The Market's Broadening Out

Will it last? The answer to that question resides with the Federal Reserve. If and when the Fed is really done with rate hikes, I believe that's when the market will give a sustainable endorsement of this broadening out of the rally. It doesn't mean selling video Apple, Microsoft. It just means those cyclicals, those small caps, the equal weight S&P 500 is likely to outperform.
