I think that advice of being in the present is really fresh and I hope very hopeful to people. Because it is one, the most joyful space to be as we talked about off camera before. It's not a recipe that you can just throw together like craft dinner. The person who lives in chronic fear of being cheated is usually someone who's been hurt. And then when you tell the story of it to realize that your present self is not in that trauma any longer. In this case, mindfulness and in the momentness then gives you the platform to reach out and love.
