The project was a side project that we did kind of separate from what we were, you know, our major assignments as students. Once it took off and started getting a bunch of public notice first it became our official project, which was a good thing. And then second over time, and this is where it started and has been documented, caused conflict. It kind of sort of classic bureaucracy, other people started getting assigned to it and then other people started get assigned to manage it and to run the project.
