Are We Creating Conditions for Constructive Conversations?

Training does do some good, but it's really a question of how are we actually creating structures to uphold certain values? What are the principles attached to those values? How we decide if we're actually frinsons of its er d and i. If you don't see the benefit of engaging whole heartedly with any kind of trainingw it's a racial discrimination. We need t be thinking in much more, i guess, comprehensive or integrated way of we're going to address these issues.
