The United Nations called on governments to stop raising interest rates as like a human rights issue this week. People are starting to come to the belief that the interest rate hikes might end sooner rather than later, and if you believe that, then it's not necessarily entirely irrational to be moving your money into the stock market, hence pushing the price up. The narrative is shifting toward the idea that Russia is just going to lose the war, right? Francis Fukuyama tweeted the other day that a massive news of a Russian collapse is happening in the next few days. Those two sort of sentiments may be working in concert to drive the stock price back up.
