In 1999, Saudi Airlines, Japan Airlines, Aeromexico, Span Air, Air Zimbabwe, Qatar Airways all followed suit. In 2000, when the USA banned smoking on all domestic international flights enacted as part of an aviation overhaul bill. By that time, 97.7% of all US international flights were already smoke-free due to both governmental regulation and voluntary action by airlines. That's the last dates I have here in my document.
