Fedamint Open Source Protocol

The Fedapool idea is a perfect happy medium between what we have now and the idea of something like braid pool, which Eric Voske will and Bob McReth have been surmising for many years. So you have multiple different lightning gateways in that pool. And it's extremely practical, like it can just happen relatively easily. You don't need any protocol changes. But there needs to be safeguards, basically all members of the Fedamint, including the non-Guardians need to essentially be notified because it could become an attack vector.
