The FDA's Simplifying the COVID-19 Vaccine Schedule
The FDA is simplifying the COVID-19 vaccine schedule by taking some of the options out of the mix. It withdrew authorization for the older vaccines that targeted the original version of the virus. People older than 65 or anyone who is immunocompromised can now get an extra booster shot even if they're totally up to date on all their other shots.
