The Power of Elizabeth and Anne Boleyn

Elizabeth would never have recognized herself as a feminist. Anne Boleyn thought that she was the exception that proved the rule. Neither woman were really trying to change women's lot in society, I don't think. Probably when we're talking of feminism, somebody who deserves that title more is Christine de Pisa.
