The Importance of Balance in a Startup

The bigger your business gets, the more stress you're going to take on and that's just a fact of logic. So I don't love managing. That's not my, you know, superpower as a founder. Right? And I've had to do a lot more of that. It is interesting. We were looking at our onboarding deck from last year and I'm like, oh, well, that whole thing needs to be needed. You know, so much of this has changed and nothing's changed, but the messaging and even just, I don't know, there's just a lot. How have you gotten, how do you grow into the new size sneaker?
