Is Josiah a Prophet?

The Bible doesn't give a specific account of Zechariah's death, but it does describe the persecution and difficulties he faced during his life. According to tradition, he goes with a group of exiles to Egypt after the temple is destroyed in 586 BC. In Deuteronomy you can read about it in 2 Kings 23. And then we read about this large group of priests that are killed. It's provocative to me. But according to my reading of Josiah in his reforms, to me it falls in line that there was a massive reform and they put down the Camarene.
