How Did You Get Your Wings at Apple?

At Apple you were a team leader or I'm not sure that the term is there. You know, maybe we could get into the frustration too of being an engineer who's interested in technical work and then also having to lead a team. But yeah, I've had a few teams and each team really developed a different kind of service. So I would say that's where I got my wings per se as far as leadership and management.
