The Implications of ESPN's League Deals
Sports is big enough in the aggregate that ESPN made sense because they did have a bunch of NBA games, a bunch of baseball games, college sports. So it's different now because that meant that you could kind of hide the money across people that were uninterested too. The thing that gets really, really harder for the Amazon's of the world to do is they're building out their ecosystems and then they start all a carding the sports stuff. And what I'm really interested to see is what are the implications for the bigger sports out there like baseball?
