I always tell clients, what is the outcome that you're trying to achieve? If it's about status or how you feel like you need to show up, then you're probably not moving toward your outcome. You don't have to win teacher of the year. YouDon't need every single student to be an A student. What's kind of the goal? And really thinking, you can always get to the outcome where the target or the goal is a different way. There's not one way to get to it.
