Aslan is depicted by means of marshal symbolism he can wake the trees though lucy cannot aslan can give the great war cry in that chapter called the lion roars which summons everyone to the climactic battle. It's also present in all sorts of ornamental details like that chess piece which the children discover at the beginning of the story it could have been an unidentified chess piece or it could be a bishop or a king or a pawn but has to be a knight because this is a story of knightly courage.
