Heidi Koppler is someone who detaches themselves from kind of um political fights. A Heidi Koppler does not have a very high sense of sacred or moral attachment to the arguments that they listen to. The term was coined by Scott Alexander, author of "The Idiot's Guide to Love and Murder"
