There's a second Ezra Miller running around this movie who looks horrendous. He said that the idea of course is that we're, we are in the perspective of the flash. Everything is distorted in terms of light and textures. We've entered this water world, which is basically being in Barry's POV. So if it looks a little weird to you, that was intended. The design choice was, let's make this look like the polar express. And even with- Look, just-You ran out of time. You ran out of money. That can happen. I would 100% accept that.
