Are There Benefits to Time Restricted Eating?

There's a lot of hype related to time restricted eating that's out there right now. The benefits are going to be seen most dominantly in the people who have a bad diet. Early dinner doesn't have to be like three in the afternoon, but what I'm saying is, let's not be eating at nine o'clock at night. And then after dinner, it's strict. Just water. Nothing else, no other beverages, no alcohol, nothing else after dinner. Anything that's not water breaks the fast because it's interacting with your microbiome.
