Fitness trackers can potentially be a very similar thing. I do feel more and more that we have become so obsessed what's on our wrist or what's on our phone, that we've lost connection with what the movement is. For some people, tat can be motivatenb you know what? I've oanly got six thousand steps to day. Thats going to motormate me to go out. So i think it's about finding the balance somewhere. And i guess for different people the balances is somewhere different.
