The original initial version was something which had a kind of a balance between the rights of the users and state interests. This one is a huge step backward, he says. The law does not actually kind of undermines itself in a lot of ways - it will be pointed out to deal with consent. But there are used cases for data, which may be beneficial, for which you don't need to necessarily need consent.
