What Is the Value of Boredom?

We've grown up in an analogue world, and we have had one kind of education where you read every book you get your hands on. And then we come into the internet when we are adults, and the whole world is kind of opened up for us. What is the value of boredom? You know, doesa kato always has a smart phone with her and there, you know, does she know that what it is for the mind to be that empty space where it can just wander and it can think about stuff? i want to find ways to break past that in my own life.
