The Overweight of Semis in the S&P 500 Information Technology Sector
The S&P 500 information technology sector recouped all of its relevant losses associated with the dot com peak and bust. The Russell 3000 semi conductor in this does not have a lot of history, it only goes back 10 years where the socks goes back to 1994. But just to make the point that they're very correlated,. If you add in other things, for instance, and we toggle here, there is the QQQ or XLK. They overshoot on the way up and they undershoot on the way down. It's basically has all the elements of a bearish to bullish reversal.
