Is Organ Meat a Part of Your Tradition?

Liver, heart spleen and kidney were four of the top seven most nutrient dense foods. The other ones were small dried fish, a dark leafy greens and bivalves like os. Even mussel meats like steak or ground beef were orders of magnitude lower than that. Adding organ meats to our diet is one of the best things that we can do for health.
