I Receive Holy Communion, I Communicate

Gregory: St. Francis is really direct about where our focus should be in receiving holy communion. He says that our main focus should be to advance, strengthen, and take consolation in the love of God. In the last episode, we talked a little about the Holy Eucharist as nourishment. So it's not just like we should reduce the sacramental imagery to some kind of merely physical sense, right? Gregory: On all three and our advancement are being strengthened and are being consoled with communion.
