I think it's just going to grow the amount of software that humans produce would be my kind of take on that. There'll be lots more stuff that'll be automated and I think to be a successful software developer, you'll need to know how to use new tools. So what that means in terms of skills, certainly being able to use these tools, but what areas people need to grow their skills in is still an open question.
