How to Solve a Gender Pay Gap
Many companies take a very public stance on gender diversity. They like to tell the world how much they're doing to address imbalance. While internally, presiding over obviously sexist policies. We often see companies that are more than happy to sweep sexual harassment cases under the carpet using payouts and deeds of agreement. Some companies make it incredibly difficult for women to return to the workforce after having children. And my favourite, leaders who espouse the rules and procedures of safe working then do something different when they think no one is watching. Once your people have you pegged as a hypocrite, it's ten times harder to get them to do anything you say.
