Are You a 17-Year-Old Woman?

In 17-18, hunter-gatherer would be something like 25 now. We're thinking reproductive crime coming out of puberty adolescence and a full woman ready to have kids looking for a mate. What are the day-to-day pressures that this woman faces? Like either survival, social, whatever. She's got physical threats. Most of the species that threatened our ancestors thank God are extinct now.
