The Inherent Goodness
There's a utilitarianness to this that i think is am which is hard for people to see. E, but i do want to be that inherent good thing. It's nots just interesting that our brain tells us that. That's what our brain does. And when you do, there's a deeper level of trust that comes. The trust doesn't just come for the good things you do. The trust comes for the things that you've been calling bad. Oh, i'm angry. I can trust that it means one of my needs aren't being met. If i trust my anger, then i know that i'm not holding it, i'm notHolding a boundary.
