How to Deal With Absenteeism
People have lives. People are very busy. They have families. They have work responsibilities. For them to all be able to get together to play a game once a week or once every other week is really hard. My recommendation is go with what half of people are doing and let the character fade away. You just got to find a way to roll with it.
