In the Australian trauma centers, far more at the point of entry either in ED or in theatre, the redose or the bolus dosing of TXA is based on Rotemur tag so that's what people are using. I'm not convinced that pre-health for bingin level will be helpful but some functional assessment of carbon analysis will be effective. We don't mess with this one gram over 8 hours which makes no sense because the patients are either dead or stop bleeding by that time. So we don't do that. It works if you give it within an hour of injury 2 grams. And that's very consistent with the other data that's out there as well.
