If you've never started anywhere in terms of learning to code, then i always have the same piece of advice for new beginners. Start by learning jov script. There are a ton of things you can do in terms of personal development that will help you become more productive as a person. Learn virgin control and figure out how to build real soft ware in a team. For tectical competency, if you haven't already learn java script, i'd say, is can't take you a couple months on your own.
