A lot of common things that I've seen out there is like, okay, every time you have a good shot, write it down. Acetylcholine is essentially a brain chemical that acts as a highlighter pen in our brain. It highlights the neuro pathways that we tell it are important. And then when we're sleeping, it goes back and it rewires those highlighted sections. If you take 10 seconds to just soak that in, you don't have to do anything.
