The Importance of Strategy in Foreign Policy

I'm big on strategy, having a strategy in foreign policy and executing that strategy. I think part of that strategy should be the assassination of world leaders if it fits into the strategy. If Cuba is going to literally allow Chinese intelligence and Chinese troops in Cuba, then the United States should do everything in its power to rid the world of whoever happens to be the dictator of Cuba today. The fact that they support anti-American regimes does not make them, does not justify their actions. It would be a moral to liberate Cuba today because it's not a threat to the United States.
