The Path From Zero to a Lab on Grief and All Things Lost
Grief and depression were certainly in my household. My mam was diagnosed to a stage four breast cancer when i was 13. And so i've had some experiences, but not any worse than any one else. Depression has this global lity, where grief is very specific to this person who's died. So the way that i think it's easiest to disentangle those is that grieving is really about the on who's died,. I just want my one and only back.
