The Third Level of Inflation
The continent of Africa today imports 85% of its food, which is just mind blowing. The IMF and the World Bank then come and say, oh, well, we'll give you more debt, but you need to remove some subsidies. They always say, restructure the subsidies so that we can hide the future inflation with more and new different kinds of subsidies. Then you can take your forwards at the same ride all over again. It'd be better if they just stole the money.
