Bruce Lerman's trial for allegedly raping Brittany Higgins has entered its final week. We saw West Australian senators Linda Reynolds and the Kalia Cash give evidence ahead of closing arguments today. The BBC is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year, so we take a look back at where it came from and where it's going. It was founded in 1927 as a radio news service but went into public hands in 1927 when it became incorporated under a royal charter. And not long after that, the World Service International Broadcast came onto the airwaves.
