A lot of people do my morning practice because to be able to let go of the emotions, we need to teach our bodies how to do it. If you've been holding onto stuff for 20 years, 40 years, it's not going to take just a couple months to change. The video has got a million or two million views, I don't know, something like that. Because people are just watching it, they follow along. But it is more effective than workouts just doing yoga and all this stuff.
