New York State Is the First State to Buy Law and Fossil Fuels in New Construction

The All Electric Buildings Act prohibits fossil fuel hookups for heating equipment and other things in new construction of buildings starting in 2025. That follows the city enacting a similar law. The timeline is a little longer than we wanted at the state level, but it's a huge deal that New York State is now the first state in the country to buy this bill.
