Is There a Drop in Load?

If I'm using a motion that's already highly stable, and I can't cheat on like we talked about, and now I'm just like focusing on mind and muscle connection, then that's actually making it a somewhat less efficient motion motion or way of approaching it. So when you spread it across there, it's a little bit less efficient. It's the internal or external focus, right? And so if I'm really focusing hard, like on that internal focus, what you'll often notice is a drop in load,. The only thing that can be working in that movement are your hamstrings.
