The Future of Chocolate
The researchers tested different kinds of chocolate, ranging from almost pure chocolate cacao to the high fat, milky milk chocolate that I love. They discovered that the higher the fat in the chocolate, the smoother the sensation when it hits the tongue. With a thin layer of fat mixed with solid cocoa particles on the outside, and a dark and bitter core, this chocolate bonker ball is basically a decadent and tasty health food, if you ask me.
