Is Real Estate Still Resilient?
When you look at the financial markets, we actually haven't seen how resilient they really are to higher interest rates and quantitative tightening. That's a question we don't know the answer to. Federal Reserve has put so much money trillions into this financial sector. We don't know if it's healed since 2008 or if essentially it's still broken underneath the hood. So it's a lot of us in the execution, not just in the theory.
