The average lag is 10 months from peak interest rates. So that means you wouldn't see a recession until end of 2024 and then 2025 would be a recessionary year, which is the first year of the presidential cycle. But maybe it's not 43%, maybe it's 25%. I mean, you're just taking averages and averages are, you know, can be deceiving.
