i do have quite a high heght rate. Heart rate in that kind of four to four, 15 kolometer pace. And also, because i train most of the year in bolder my which is at altitude a,. My rate generally skews a little bit higher as well. Depending on kind of what, what the the outcome of the session is, i might run er, you know, anywhere from round one forty to one forty five. If you're running five minute ca pace, your heart rate’s going to be round the one 20 mark - up to 20 bats. I'd be very interested to know what the heart rate difference is between four to four 15
