The Dynamic Civic Debate in China
I think one thing that cuts across all societies is the ability to debate. I'm part of a few policy circles and especially when it comes to the economy, giving sound open advice without being too passionate or too political has been very common. There are certain subjects that are for sure going to be censored, but often it's the case. But even if we look at debate in general, there is a more dynamic civic debate on social media platforms.
