center your consciousness, your awareness in the eyes, if possible in your right eye. Center means, I am here. Who am I? I am looking out into the world. This is my world, waking world. Here I am in this eye. Second aspect of the self, of yourself. Retreat as it were into the head, inside the head, into the mind. Third state: Nothing outside, nothing inside, like deep sleep. Be in that space within your chest. Quiet. No external world, no mental world, quiet.
