The last thing you want to do is disrupt the whole business and then have not a sale go through. So I think critical people to the running of the business, they're going to need to engage with those people. Also when the private equity firms could talk to customers, so can they do that? Like how long are you stuck in the negotiation before you can get out of it? That would be a key one to negotiate.
