How Do Drivers Maintain Functional Vigilance With Autopilot?

There are just not enough fatalities to be statistically significant at scale. There are much, far more crashes than the ough fatalities. So it appears that in the data that we've collected, that drivers are maintaining functional vigilance such that we're looking at 18 thousand disengagements from o pilot and anotating were they able to take over control in a timely manner. That's really interesting. Do you think one of the criticisms is that there's a small minority of drivers that may be highly responsible, where their vigilance decrament would increase with autopilet use?
