The Power of a Bias for Action
You end the book with a chapter that's effectively about the power of a bias for action, action above all. The basic idea is it actually doesn't matter what you do, but to get unstuck, the first thing is do something. So on one level, doing is important because it's the thing that will get you unstuck. But it's also important psychologically because when you start doing something, you lubricate the wheels of motion in the right direction. That tends to unstick you further.
